Seller's Protection Plan

Every seller we represent is protected by the Seller's Protection Plan. This insurance plan provides you coverage for up to 180 days after closing. In the event of any inadvertent errors and omissions related to the sale of your home, you'll receive up to $25,000, including defense costs, which you would be legally obligated to pay in the event of a claim. As our client, you'll be automatically enrolled in this program.

Home Warranty

Sellers who choose to work with us are protected from unexpected expenses with a complimentary home warranty effective during the listing period.
