With our easy-exit listing, we give you the right to cancel your listing agreement at any time prior to receiving an offer to purchase your home, with no penalties or obligations, if you feel our service doesn’t live up to our promise.
Sellers who choose to work with us are protected from unexpected expenses with a complimentary home warranty effective during the listing period. A home warranty is a service agreement that covers the repair or replacement of important home appliances and system components that break down over time.
Seller’s Protection Plan
Every seller we represent is protected by the Seller’s Protection Plan. This insurance plan provides you coverage for up to 180 days after closing. In the event of any inadvertent errors and omissions related to the sale of your home, you’ll receive up to $25,000, including defense costs, which you would be legally obligated to pay in the event of a claim. As our client, you’ll be automatically enrolled in this program.
O&E Report and Permit History Report
Avoid surprises with an Ownership and Encumbrances Report as well as a Permit History Report. This isn’t something most agents provide, but it helps our clients know whether there are any outstanding liens on a property. Knowing whether all permits have been closed helps ensure a more smooth transaction.
