Electronic Lockbox for Increased Security
We will only install an electronic lockbox on your home so that other agents can show your home to buyers. These state-of-the-art lockboxes do not have a set combination. Instead, each agent that requests a showing will be provided with a unique , several digit, code that will only work for the day of the showing. This helps to protect your home, your possessions and your loved ones. The vast majority of realtors in the metro Denver area are still using manual lockboxes with weak four digit combinations. You’d be surprised how easy some of the combinations are to guess such as 1234. Home Warranty
Sellers who choose to work with us are protected  from unexpected expenses with a complimentary home warranty effective during the listing period. A home warranty is a service agreement that covers the repair or replacement of important home appliances and system components that break down over time. 

O&E Report and Permit History Report
Avoid surprises with an Ownership and Encumbrances Report as well as a Permit History Report. This isn’t something most agents provide, but it helps our clients know whether there are any outstanding liens on a property. Knowing whether all permits have been closed helps ensure a more smooth transaction.
